The common questions about plans, contracts, support and backups. Your signed quotation and service agreement always set the final commercial and technical scope.
View FAQ page →Yes. The service portfolio ranges from small virtual servers and managed control-panel workloads to dedicated and custom infrastructure. The correct plan depends on application load, storage, operating-system and support requirements.
Advika publishes a 24×7 support model, a 99.9% uptime and availability target, a multi-city footprint and partnerships across network, data-centre, software and hardware ecosystems. Confirm the exact SLA and protection scope on the final quotation.
Virtual infrastructure is generally designed for resource scaling, while dedicated-server changes may require migration to different hardware. Ask the account manager to confirm upgrade paths, billing adjustments and downtime requirements for the selected service.
Commercial terms depend on the purchased service. The published terms request at least 30 days’ advance notice by email for cancellation and state that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The published backup policy states that customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups and should not rely on the provider as the sole backup location. Confirm any separately purchased managed-backup service in writing.
