Effective date: 27 July 2026. This policy explains what personal data Advika Data Center Services Pvt. Ltd. collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and the rights available to you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Advika Data Center Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Advika”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates this website and provides cloud, VPS, dedicated server and related infrastructure services. This policy applies to the website and to those services.
1. Data fiduciary and contact
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Advika Data Center Services Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website and through service accounts. Our registered address is Shop No. 101, Main Laxman Path, Vivek Vihar, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. Privacy queries may be sent to [email protected].
2. Personal data we collect
- Data you give us directly. Name, business name, email address, telephone number and the workload details you provide in an enquiry, consultation request or support ticket.
- Account and billing data. Billing address, tax registration details such as GSTIN where applicable, invoices, payment status and service history. Card and bank credentials are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
- Service and technical data. IP addresses, server identifiers, resource usage, connection logs and diagnostic information generated while services operate.
- Website usage data. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Services are offered to persons who are at least eighteen years old and to organisations.
3. Why we process personal data
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations for infrastructure requirements.
- To create, provision, operate, support and bill for the services you order.
- To maintain security, investigate abuse, prevent fraud and protect network integrity.
- To meet legal, regulatory, taxation and lawful-request obligations in India.
- To send service, maintenance, incident and billing notices. These are operational messages and are not marketing.
Where processing relies on your consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, and it may prevent us from continuing to supply a service.
4. Enquiry forms and lead capture
Enquiry and consultation forms on this website record the name, email address, telephone number, service of interest, selected plan, requirement description, originating page and submission time. That record is stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet operated by us and is used to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a commercial record of it. If you instead choose the WhatsApp option, the message is delivered through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Processors acting for us. Data centre and network operators, billing and payment providers, communication and support platforms, and infrastructure suppliers, each engaged to process data only on our instructions.
- Legal obligation. Where disclosure is required by law, by a court, or by a competent authority acting under lawful powers.
- Protection of rights. Where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, enforce our terms or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of business, subject to equivalent protection.
6. Location of processing
Services are operated primarily from data centre facilities in India. Some supporting platforms, including network protection, email delivery and productivity tools, may process data outside India. Where that happens, transfers are made in accordance with applicable Indian law.
7. Retention
- Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months from last contact unless a service relationship begins.
- Account, billing and taxation records are retained for the period required by Indian financial and tax law.
- Operational and security logs are retained for the period needed for diagnostics, abuse investigation and legal compliance.
- Customer content on terminated services is removed in line with the terms of service and the backup policy.
When the purpose is served and no legal obligation requires retention, personal data is erased or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to a summary of the personal data we process about you, correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data, erasure where the purpose has been served, nomination of another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and redressal of grievances. Requests should be sent to [email protected] from the email address associated with the enquiry or account. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
9. Grievance officer
Complaints about the handling of personal data may be addressed to the Grievance Officer at [email protected] or by post to Shop No. 101, Main Laxman Path, Vivek Vihar, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within seventy-two hours and to resolve it within thirty days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Security
We apply access control, network segregation, encryption in transit, logging and least-privilege administration appropriate to the services we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for the security of your own credentials, keys and server configuration.
11. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
