Welcome to Advika Cloud (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms govern use of the website and services. By accessing or using the website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. Do not use the services when you do not agree.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. When using the services for an organisation, you accept the terms on its behalf.

2. Services overview

Advika Cloud provides cloud hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting and related services. Additional service-specific conditions may be provided at purchase or service initiation.

3. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for account credentials and security.
• You must use the services in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
• Prohibited activities include malicious software, unauthorised access, infringement and spam.

4. Billing and payments

• Payment is due according to the issued invoice.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable TDS may be deducted and the remaining balance paid promptly.
• Late payment may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation requests must be sent to support and refunds remain subject to the applicable policy.
• Advika may terminate services for breach of these terms.
• Customers must provide at least 30 days’ advance cancellation notice by email.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, graphics, logos and software are owned by Advika Cloud or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction and distribution are prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advika Cloud is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advika Cloud, its affiliates and employees against claims, damages or losses arising from use of the services or violation of these terms.

9. Privacy

Use of the website and services is also subject to the applicable privacy practices and notices.

10. Modifications

Advika may update these terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

The terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Customers remain responsible for providing information required in connection with lawful government inquiries.
